I started my business in 2018 with one goal in mind: providing an enjoyable dining experience to the Granby area. Thanks to our experience and dedicated staff we've managed to become masters of the craft. Providing dishes that are fresh, hearty and simply unforgettable.

Fresh food made daily from scratch for breakfast and lunch and everything in between. Coffee, pastries and a warm, friendly atmosphere to relax. Soups, salads and sandwiches with new creations daily.

"KNOW BEFORE YOU GO INFORMATION"
Our dining room and outside patio is open (weather permitting) . We have 80 plus outside seats available, with covered shade, with plenty of parking available.
Tables will be sanitized after every party finished, hand sanitizer will be on each table, available at doorways on the way out and restrooms.
Please be patient and respectful to the staff, we are doing are best under the circumstances.

Had a fantastic lunch at Freshies today. Ordered my favorite: Freshies Burger on a gluten free roll with French fries. The food was fresh and came out super quick! Best part for us is that Freshies Cafe is dog friendly. I have been there several times and plan to go back!

What a sweet cafe in Granby! My chicken salad sandwich was perfect. Chunky but not too chunky, great seasoning, and just the right chicken:mayo. Corn chowder is flavorful, hearty and served piping hot! The oatmeal raisin cookies have some sort of magical ingredient in them that make them unlike any other I've every had in my life... and I'm 54 years old! If you haven't deduced, I am a fan already! Welcome to Granby, Freshies Cafe!

I'm so excited that Freshie's is back and open for business. They have set up tables on the lawn with umbrellas and tables (spaced apart for safety) on the porch. You go to the window (I've also called) and place the order and then they hand it back to you through another window. Very organized and safe. I love the tuna (multiple ways) and the eggs and avocado sandwich is delectable. The servings are very generous. Thank you Faye and your wonderful staff!

Friends gather here
Riding the bike trail near this Café and stopped in for lunch with my friend. Had a fantastic lunch. Huge portions. My Frazier blt was super tasty and my friend said the Cobb wrap she had was great. Shared some waffle fries that where perfect too. Great outside seating for Covid times and everything inside looked super clean. Will be back when I'm biking again.
